Blk 163 Gangsa Road Coffee Shop

Waffle took a short walk from Bukit Panjang LRT Station and meet with Spaghetti for lunch at the kopitiam nearby. This kopitiam is famous for their Koka Mee or 可口面. They serve this dish in many flavors ranging from seafood to spicy tom yum in 2 sizes. Waffle had the seafood koka mee with double egg. It was laden with sumptuous amount of seafood ingredients. The noodles had a springy feeling with the right texture. It also doesn't have that mashed up texture of overcooked noodles.

Note that, this noodle stall closes at 2pm.

Next is the newly opened Malay Mixed Rice costing a paltry of $2.50, with a generous serving of rice. This is really suitable for big eaters. Spaghetti had this malay rice. It looked rather undercooked but was rather delicious. There was a huge serving of vegetables given though the potato was really really small.

Lastly, it was the Iced Lemon Tea which is a 'must have' drink to have on a hot day. A slice of fresh lemon sitting at the bottom of the ice-filled plastic glass, gives the tea a tangy taste. With this iced lemon tea, you wouldn't want to drink any other drinks when you are at this kopitiam!
