In the streets of the famous Chinatown food centre, there lies many different stalls, all selling different kinds of food. The waffle was in a chinese cuisine food, ordering the pork chop noodles which was hand made (the noodles not the pork) was springy and light. The portion was quite big but of course waffle ordered something else for us to share (which he ended up eating most of it). The beef dish, which consisted of different parts of beef was really spicy, probably a sze chuan dish. The beef was quite tender but the spiceyness of it made it overpowered it.
The last dish was the famous koo kee yong tau fu mee. I absolutely love this springy mee as it is mixed with some condiments and the minced meat on top of it. I opted for an all tofu option instead of having a variety of it and despite having all tofu only, it was just light and very delicious! The queue for this stall is forever long, just like the other famous yong tau fu in the nearby hawker center.
Will be back here to try more food dishes in the near future! That's all for now!
